  Positives: Staff are friendly and polite. Negatives: You are not their priority. Unable to commit to a date and time, unable to work outside of normal working hours, unreliable. If all you need is servicing then by all means they do a good job, if your boiler conks out, unless you can stay at your house day after day waiting for them to phone up 1h before they come then get someone else to come and fix it. We've been waiting over a month now to have heating again and it’s the middle of winter. Will not be going with Shelford Heating again.
