  Not happy at customer service was dreadful don’t no how to talk to people and I was from Birmingham a long way out with my miss a kidds my kidds need the toilet what thay have in use for the public .but the shell assistant did not let my kidds use it he said that are bloked this big industry shell the toilets were bloked .its a joke shell need to up hold their name in Birmingham all shell Custmer service is spot on Naver had a problem at all shell need to look at this

  Every time i visit this garage the toilet is out of order and the coffee machine is not working

  It's a petrol station... Prices are generally OK, at least for fuel and the staff are friendly. Conveniently located. Beyond car-related activities, it's good for late night sandwiches after a few beers in town too.
