  Born and bred pontypool remember the market as being so busy , sad to see it so badly supported , however the stalls that trade there are good , friendly and good quality. The butcher's stall is outstanding, some of the best quality meat we have ever bought. Try it, forget the water filled meat you get from the supermarket !
