  Been here on a few occasions and I must say that 'This place is horrific!' I would do better wrapping around my feet a couple of black plasic bags. The only plus is the door out. If anyone requires a new pair of shoes then this place is not for you.

  I have to say that it's a pleasure to shop at Shoe Zone in Inverness. The guys who work there are so helpful and friendly, nothing is a bother for them and they go out of their way to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. If you can't find what your looking for they will check online to see if it's there. Due to ill health I find shopping a bit of a chore these days, but I tend to order online for click and collect. The guys can't be more pleasant if they tried to be honest they could teach others about customer service. Well done and keep up the good work.
