  This is a great salon with friendly staff and excellent hair colourists emma and rachel are excellent know exactly what you want and always get the colour right !

  I had a really awful experience at this salon and would NOT recommend visiting if you are looking for a new hairdresser. I walked in with a long 'open' fringe and left with a blunt/terribly chopped fringe half way up my forehead that looks so bad I have to scrape my hair back for the next 2-3 months (I never wore my hair up prior to this cut so it's quite a big adjustment). They really didn't take the time to understand what I was after and also tried to tell me the cut looked 'ok'. I didn't end up getting charged for the cut or colour as they had done such an awful job. Unless you are an existing client they seem to show little to no interest, it was a really disappointing and upsetting experience that I've regretted ever since.
