  Absolute disgrace !!!!!! Do not recommend. Went there with my MacBook as it's crashed during a software update. They guy told me to pay 99 pound upfront without even diagnosing the problem . When I asked what the price included he couldn't even answer me!!! J After I asked for a refund the same man got an attitude when i told him anywhere else you should be paying after the service and especially after the diagnosis of the problem. He told me whatever good luck. RUDE and shocking service. WILL NOT GO BACK.

  Was quoted £99 just for them to have a look at my laptop and informed there may be additional costs for any parts needed. Decided to shop around and found a place in Leith Walk called Urbantek. They did not charge for a diagnosis and I got a call early the following day to let me know the problem had been fixed. Cost - £25. Laptop is working better than before. SimplyFixit - Simply RipOff!! Absolute joke.

  Have been to this store a handful of times due to Apple's constant failings but the friendly staff and speedy service here have saved me on several occasions. Would highly recommend for excellent customer service, fair prices and the helpful staff, many thanks!

  went in to fix my broken iphone. Got told what was wrong with it was my charger so i purchased a charger. I get home and my phone still wont turn on so I go back in the next day and ask if they can take a closer look at my phone and if I can return the charger which was still in its original packaging. They refuse to let me return the charger even though the only reason I bought it in the first place is because they misdiagnosed my phone and my own charger was actually working fine. They also said I had to pay for the repair upfront regardless of if they were able to fix it or not. There price was double that of other shops, there was not guarantee my phone would be fixed, they sold me something I did not need, and the manager who served me was rude. Oh and when I got a new phone and tried the charger they sold me, it didn't even work! Do not go here they do not deserve your business, I recommend going to CK electronics in west end, the manager there gave me the best customer service experience I have ever had and charges much less for his service!
