  Reception staff were friendly and welcoming but waited 30 minutes to be spoken to by the sales team and gave up in the end and left

  Bought my car from them, a few problems but nothing too major. Overall ok service. Couldn't rate 5 star as I have had a few problems.

  Owning my second hand Golf for over a year and a month after the warranty expired my driver side seat belt seized. I visited without an appointment dreading a big repair bill and a few days without the car Joshua managed to get some goodwill arranged to cover the entire repair! Car dropped off Friday morning and ready to collect the following Monday morning. I have had my service and MOT done by Sinclair VW in Cardiff and would definitely return.

  Lee the service manager is the most rudest person I've every delt with. my car went in for a egr recall, car came back with the complete subframe lose, and they have damaged my driveshalf which they will not fix. Left my kids life at risk by making me drive it around with the subframe not bolted to the car! Told me to drive it to the dealership didn't want to pick it up. They have no dealership manager and Lee the service advisor just told me I will have to pay for the damage caused by them and leaving it not roadworthy. Will be in touch with trading standards, X-ray and will be filing a claim against them. SAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS YOUR LIFE WILL BE AT RISK IF YOU HAVE YOUR CAR TOUCHED BY THEM!! this is a honest review worth taking note. Always been a customer off there's and they have lost it and will spread the bad word about them
