  It's been the third time I hire a car here and no problem with the car part, the cars are nice, new or working perfecly but for 3 clients only we had to wait for almost an hour (50min and we are first in queue). Employees are smiling and welcoming but an hour is too long especially when there is almost nobody. Location is quite practical and not too far from the city center, even on foot with suitcases. The 2stars are for the wait.

  This company are highly likely to charge you for damage to your rental vehicle after you return it. They tried it with us and if you check Trustpilot reviews you'll see they're doing it globally. IF YOU INSIST ON RENTING FROM SIXT: 1. TAKE VERY DETAILED PHOTOS OR VIDEO OF VEHICLE BEFORE RENTAL AND WHERE AND WHEN YOU DROP IT OFF [Keep the photographic evidence for several months as they can still claim you damaged the vehicle weeks later] 2. TAKE A WITNESS WITH YOU EACH TIME and note all points of damage, however minor 3. WRITE TO TRADING STANDARDS WHEN SIXT TRY TO RIP YOU OFF (and they will) 4. WRITE TO PER VOEGREL, MANAGING DIRECTOR OF SIXT AND COPY YOUR LETTER TO BBC WATCHDOG AND YOUR LOCAL NEWSPAPER

  Great service. Convenient to hire at one place and return at another. Good for traveling.

  Great service, clean vehicles, good support! Used them on 2 occasions on my summer vacations, had no cause for complaints. In fact, the second time when my booked vehicle was not available, I was given an upgrade.

  Rented from SixT for a total of 7 days, had a wonderful experience with them. Dealt with Miss Peacock and Mr Arturo who were very helpful and made the experience an amazing one! Do not read those bad reviews as most of the time these people are the ones who have done something to the car and want to make it seem like they are innocent. Sixt has fantastic prices and have an even better service, would definitely use them again!
