  Rude staff members. Have been there two or three times during the past year. Never faced such rude sellers recently. I dont mind their shoes but their rude behaviour keeps me away from this shop. No wonder why there is nobody in there while others are busy.

  Went back to cardiff st davids arcade store. Had a fault with my shoes I bought in Feb. The young store manager Amy helped me brilliant considering I did not have my receipt she looked back on the till to find my purchase. And by the end of a long issue I came away with a new pair of work shoes. Well impressed with Amy. They were short staffed but she helped me while serving a lot of customers. Big hands up to Amy from skechers cardiff xx

  I saw some boots on line but they were out of stock in my size. Tried the Cardiff store but the boots were also out of stock.The staff were really helpful and located a pair for me at another store, and offered to get them for me. I had hoped to go to Cardiff again to pick them up but this wasn't possible, so when they rang to say the boots had arrived, I asked if they could be posted to me. They arrived the following day! Lovely boots, fantastic staff. The female assistant who phoned me was so polite and helpful - just like the member of staff who served me in the Cardiff shop. A pleasure dealing with them. Thank you!
