  You want women's shoes? This is a place that will sell them, on top of all the other ones. If you're a man there is some seating available to wait but make sure you don't lean back and push the displays backwards because it's all too easy. I must say it was interesting trying to work out which of the staff members was the manager.

  Customer service good when purchasing very unhelpful when returning faulty goods and the manager lis rude could do with going on a happy course. Returned my shoes to the Birmingham store in he Bullring centre no Problems the manager couldnt do enough for us won’t be using a franchise store again‘ can’t believe you have to pay for a bag at the Nottingham store when they are free at the official Skechers store.

  Absolutely shocking customer service. Paid £64 for a new pair of trainers. Asked if I could wear them out and leave my old pair to go in the bin. From the response of the sales agent, you'd have thought I'd asked her to dispose of nuclear waste. Oh no, she said, we have to pay a fee to dispose of shoes, you'll have to find a bin outside. I'll have to find somewhere else to buy trainers next time, more likely.
