  I have had several treatments at the Manchester branch and can highly recommend the support. Friendly manner. And the cosmetic treatments with which I am really pleased. I feel I found a warm and friendly doctor who spent time explaining different treatments and at the same time not persuading me to undergo treatments unnecessary. Overall I feel I was lucky to find a really good skin clinic Amanda Blackwell

  Basically: don't bother. I was told one price at reception and another by the doctor. Once the nurse (?) and the doctor realised where I'm from, she gave me a higher price. It was very obvious. I was there with a friend and we left. I find it wrong that you ask for more when treating people from countries with high spending power. I'm happy to have my treatment done back home; it costs me the same but I will not have the feeling of being ripped off. I do sincerely hope that you go out of business if you continue overcharging like that.

  I cannot rate sk:n clinic highly enough. All staff are so friendly, supportive and understanding. Empathy is so important in this clinic and they have it in abundance. I was initially disappointed as I had a cold sore one month and the next got sun burnt - this prevented my treatment. I could not see much difference until around 5 months in. It has been life changing and increased my confidence. Go and have a chat and ask all the questions you want to. There is no pressure to take treatment there and then or at all.

  I found the doctor and staff to be very friendly and supportive when I went to the Manchester office a few weeks ago. It was my first time to go and after living in Hong Kong and the USA and feeling comfortable with every treatment. I didn't know what the clinic or staff would be like. I was greeted in a friendly manner,the doctor took her time to explain what was involved. The staff were polite and supportive and I recommend the clinic to everyone. I can't wait for my next visit.
