  Was a bit apprehensive to go, but honestly it was so worth it. Absolutely lovely staff, was actually great value for money, £25 for a 30 min consultation and the money can be used against purchasing cleansers etc, ended up getting three products for the price of one. Really felt like they cared! If you have any skin complaints such as acne etc this is a much better point of call than the GP who may just give you a prescription without really talking and going through what the ingredients are and what they do for you.

  The Norwich Sk:n clinic were fantastic. From initial consultation to procedure, I found them highly professional and skilled. I had a mole removed on my forehead and the specialist was so skilled that I have no signs of a scar (I used daily aloe Vera gel on it during healing).

  I have Just come back from this clinic and I'm totally discussed by the way it's run, I booked an appointment around 10 days ago where I had to pay a deposit of £50 to make sure I turned up...after seeing a consultant I was told if I wanted any treatment then I would have to go to Birmingham, if I had been told this as I was make the appointment I would have gone somewhere. RUBBISH! Lee Norwich (where I Live)

  Everything about booking and receiving treatments with SK:N Norwich has been excellent, informative, personal, not pushy, and helped me make choices that felt right for me. Loving the results already.

  I just wanted to get an appointment to see either a nurse or a dermatologist for a consultation. There is no dermatologist, and because I said I have a sensitive skin, I have been asked to do an allergy test before trying again! Completely unprofessional.
