  Very poor experience. Extremely disappointed to discover that my treatment was booked, wasted money and time. NEVER AGAIN!

  My practitioner, Tarah, was amazing and gave me loads of helpful advice. She made me very comfortable helped me a lot along the way. Overall, the clinic is very clean and welcoming. They alleviate any pain where they can and ensure you are satisfied with the results.

  IF ONLY I COULD RATE 0 HAD MY LIP FILLERS 2 YEARS AGO ALL LUMPY AND DIDNT EVEN LEAVE NOTES WHERE THE FILLER WAS PUT OR HOW MUCH ML I HAD UNEVEN LIPS FOR 1 YEAR AND HAVE ONLY 2 YEARS LATER MANAGED TO BE ABLE TO GET THEM DONE BY SOMEONE ELSE AFTER WAITING FOR THEM TO GO DOWN. NATASHA AT THE CLINIC IS A POOR EXCUSES OF A MANAGER DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS AND JUST WANT MORE AND MORE MONEY I THOUGHT COMING HERE WOULD BE BETTER BUT YOU ARE BETTER OF GOING TO BACK STREET SALLY AS WHAT THEY DO HERE IS AWFUL !! DO NOT GO HERE I WAS 18 AND STUPID WOULD NEVER RETURN FOR ANY TREATMENT. JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!! 3 PEOPLE DONE MY LIPS AND THEY STILL COULDNT GET IT RIGHT MADE ME NERVOUS FOR OVER A YEAR ABOUT GOING TO ANYONE ELSE. I HAVE NOW AND THEY HAVE FIXED ALL THERE PROBLEMS I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO HEAD OFFICE SINCE MANAGEMENT IS SO POOR SO NOT GO HERE !! DO YOUR RESEARCH OTHERWISE YOU COME PLACES LIKE THIS AND GET RIPPED OF !!!!!

  Came in to arrange an appointment because the switch board is normally slow. One of the staff asked me rather loudly: "Is it your face you're having done!" I didn't really want that to be public knowledge.
