  Worst experience ever! Got my lips done last year and they said a doctor was doing it which I then found out was a nurse! She then did it uneven and I went back and they tried to fix it and it was still uneven then I went back again and they were not helpful and didn’t fix my problem. I then had to fly to Dubai for work for 8 months and never even received a refund or any percentage off for a fix. Disgraceful service. I am appalled and I spent £350 for it as well! They should be ashamed of their customer service in Aberdeen office. Never going back again and I let all of my friends know and they were shocked.

  All the staff are lovely, especially Hayley who was my nurse. I have mobility problems and they couldn't have been more helpful in getting me in to the premises. Attractive and sparkling clean clinic. Accessible loo is a bonus. One thing I would have liked is a direct number for the Edinburgh clinic rather than having to go through the central switchboard - I just needed to say "I'm here at the (wheelchair access) door, let me in!"

  I am currently attending sk:n to remove my tattoos and have only been for one session out of four. My consultation was very reassuring and put my mind at ease. The staff were very friendly and approachable to ask questions. The senior practitioners who have been treating my skin have been incredible. They are really lovely and so easy to talk to! I don't particularly enjoy my skin getting lasered, but knowing I am in a safe and friendly environment puts me in a very comfortable position. I cannot commend them highly enough!

  So far I have been for my consultation and 5/8 laser hair removal treatments - every time I have had great service, felt very welcomed and well-informed by the staff, and had no issues with the treatment itself. This clinic was recommended to me by a colleague who had had a great experience with laser hair removal treatment, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to someone else having now been myself.
