  Our boiler broke. Smartheat gave us the best price on town, offered a very, very quick installation, when we couldn't do that (wanted to check other prices as Smartheat were our first quote), when we came back to them they gave another very quick installation date, the fitters worked quickly and respectfully. Gave a good handover of operation . The new boiler is quieter, warmer and more efficient than the last one . I would highly recommend them.

  Disappointed I'm sitting here with one radiator working downstairs. No hot water and cold water coming out of kitchen sink. No way of washing or having shower. Have to carry a bowel of water up stairs to flush toilet.

  Great service from Smartheat. From a leak on the stopcock to completion, the engineer worked his socks off to ensure we had a safe and leak free house. Speedy response to call out, and fixed within the hour. Definitely recommended.
