  Total scam - ordered cupcakes that were never delivered. They never responded to me and did not refund my money.

  I order a red velvet cake for my birthday (11th Feb) and never received it. It's horrible ruined all my plans and I get to them for my refund. I paid £36, horrible customer service.

  ordered 36 cupcakes for delivery on Tuesday for saturday but never came, contacted shop and was told they were out for delivery but still never came, asked for a refund now as what I ordered was required for Saturday night, being ignored by them now, taken my £50 and ran. con artists don't waste your money here. was told I would be refunded 2weeks later and still no money in my account

  Horrible company. Read the rest of the reviews if you need further confirmation. Ordered cupcakes for someone's birthday and they never delivered. Just hoping I can now get a refund. How this company is still in business is beyond me.

  Shocking business. Ordered a cake for my wife's 50th birthday and it failed to arrive. Promised for Mon 27 Nov, then Tue, then Thu, then radio silence... Various excuses given and, despite now having a refund, still no sign of the cake. The owner spouts kind words of sorrow but doesn't follow through and deliver. What a shame. A little empathy for the special days she is spoiling for other people might help her to get professional. Other cake shops are available...I'm sorry I didn't realise that until now, fooled by the hype. Buyer beware.
