  Really tasty cakes and pastries. Good coffee too. Excellent value for money. The only downside is that it can be difficult getting a seat sometimes as some people use the place as a home office and take up a whole booth on their own for long periods of time.

  Excellent cafe with pretty good hot chocolate. Nice seating and good variety of coffees available.

  Something a bit different. The food and pastries here are made fresh and all have a something a little different. Not that expensive, pretty fair considering the quality. Coffee/hot drinks here aren't anything to shout about but they're not bad and they have a pretty good range on the menu. The place itself is quite nice, mixture of booths and group seating.

  Potential to be a great place for coffee and pastries, however let down by chipped crockery. Call me old fashioned but when I sit down for a cupper I like the saucer to be supplied as well. I appreciate that this is a self service place, but the delivery of the hot beverages should be professional (please avoid dripping overfilled cup down the side) for a place of this calibre.

  My friends and I ordered cakes and coffee to be eaten inside the bakery. However, the staff told us that they will be serving it as a take away because they already washed all plates and cups and the store will be closing in 30 minutes. The staff told us that we can still eat our food inside. As we were eating, another staff said rudely that we should leave the store now as we are eating take away. We explained why we are still there and what we've agreed with the other staff. He, the rude staff, asked us many times to leave but he doesn't seem to understand our point. I could have put four to five star review on this as the coffee and cakes were delicious but poor customer service have taken away some stars. Also, the £5 promo for coffee and cakes after 3pm doesn't say if it's for a takeaway or dine in only.
