  Best hotel near Heathrow airport!! This one is near Terminal 5 but accessible to all terminals. Fantastic rooms and very friendly staff.

  Great room. Massive bed. Tv was swivel mount so you could move it to your liking and it had screen mirroring. Spa was fantastic. Loved the spas swimming pool

  Really nice hotel with fountains in the lobby. The staff are really friendly and attentive. Parking is absolutely extortionate so I wouldn't recommend bringing a car. The room we stayed in was nice and clean and the bed was so comfortable. The only bad thing about the room was that when I opened the curtains, I saw the car rental stand which was quite strange. First hotel I've stayed in which doesn't have a window facing the outside, not ideal as the room was a little hot. Overall the hotel is really nice.

  The service was great, only visited the bar for drinks. The staff was friendly, the prices weren't that expensive. Location is great if you're traveling from Terminal 5 as it's right across the road from the doors. You've got other places within the airport that serve the same purpose of you're after a drink but then again you get away from all the suitcases. If you're there to see someone off, it's much better than finding a place in the crowded airport entrance. The place seemed clean and the service great and professional for the hotel category.

  I have been to many afternoon tea venues in Surrey and London. I booked afternoon tea here for my mother in law's birthday a week ago. However, we will not return. Good points: - The staff member Clive was very friendly and helpful! Not so good points: - Expensive car park even with discount. - The cakes were from frozen. The waiter confirmed this. - Sandwiches are not unlimited. A lot of restaurants in Surrey and London offer this - Some sandwiches were hard (mending old or left out in the open). - Not a great choice for people who suffer food allergies (restaurant was informed beforehand).
