  Dreadful customer service very arrogant, not interested when I had a problem with delivery only recommended if you have very low expectations of customer service

  THANK YOU!!!! So much for copying a bolt for me, although took sometime Solent copied a bolt for a machine that I would have had to throw away so many many thanks perfect fit!

  Easy and efficient service! The Gentleman on the phone knew exactly what he was talking about and I am so happy to find the spares for my B&Q machine! Been dealing with them for 4 years now and always Impressed!
