  Easy to find, online pre-booked allocated disabled parking on the same level as main entrance. Great wheel chair accessiblity. Car park ramps a little narrow for larger cars so loses a star.

  Simple enough to use but confusing trying to find the way out. Showing its age in design standards for a car park

  Had a great afternoon in Brindley Place and then saw Kaiser ChiefsIdeal. Parking was so easy and even leaving after a busy gig we got out of the car park and away towards the M5 within minutes.

  No organisation we pre paid expecting a space, the sign said 243 spaces spare and this was not true. It took is an hour to find a space and then an hour to get out after. They should have some one letting prepaid cars in and then counting the remaining cars to ensure spaces are there!

  Not moved currently for 45 mins trying to exit this car park. Absolutely ludicrous. God knows what would happen in an emergency. No one to direct traffic flow. Disgusting.
