::I had a DPF light come on my car intermittently for about 2 weeks, rung into Audi to book my car in but the receptionist told me I couldn't book car in as the light wasn't on at the time. She advised that the next time it came on I need to call Audi Assist, and to keep my car running so the light didn't go out. As I work in the industry I knew this was incorrect information given out, so I asked her if she was sure if this was ok and the lady on the other end confirmed that keeping my car running with DPF warning light on was ok. a few days later it came back on, and I called Audi Assist, but because I was only 2 minutes away I thought I would ring and see if they can fit me in. Receptionist at the time was putting me on and off hold for a few times then when she transferred me, she put me through to another customer that was also on hold! As I gave up, I decided to drive in as I only work around the corner like 2 minutes away. As I got the service advisor clearly didn't know what he was talking about either! He was unhelpful and kept telling me the reason why I had my DPF light on was because I didn't let it regenerate even though I told him that I had already driven to/from London the day before! The service advisor then said it's not about the one drive and how I've only done 18k miles in 1.5 years and this isn't enough, so I obviously told him what I already knew so he got Dan the senior technician out to speak to me and he also agreed with me and said he would just plug the car in as this doesn't take too long, however the service advisor was adamant that there was no one available to do this prior to speaking to Dan. Now, this is like 4 times I've visited this dealership on different occasions and gave the benefit of doubt but on all 4 occasions the sales and service is terrible. I will never go back to this branch! I'd rather travel 30 miles to Basingstoke than to go back here again!

::Hello Jon, I collected my brand new S6 Avant yesterday from Tom Hanson. Unfortunately, I do not 'do' Facebook so cannot register to leave a comment, so I am writing to you directly. Tom is a credit to your Business. He is attentive, polite, knowledgeable and reliable. He is also a very nice Guy. I cannot fault him. I originally contacted him via Car wow. I also had contact with two other Audi dealers. I was actively looking to flip my A7 and do a deal, none of them really followed through, but Tom did and we agreed a really good deal. If there is an alternative survey, then I would be delighted to complete it and rate Tom 10 out of 10. The car is fantastic and is exceeding my driving expectations. Unfortunately I live 100 miles from your Dealership, so it is unlikely that I will be back down for its first service, but you never know. Please pass on my Thanks once again to Tom and your team that looked after me during the handover.
