  My experience with Oliver has been wonderful from start to end! Everytimes that I had a problem, he arranged straight to sort it out ( get a technician, new fridge when i moved in...). Oliver is a person very kind, patient, comprehensive, honest and gentleman ! A very good jocker too, he makes me laugh a lot during my experience ! Even when I moved out from the flat, I ve got my full deposit back ! Thanks to Oliver for everything, I had a great experience with Spark and Sons and can promise you that this agency is 100% fare !

  Been in this property for two years and about to renew the lease. Have been very happy with the service received by Sparks. Before I moved in I complained that the windows needed locks on (due to my active toddler and we are not on the ground floor). They then installed double glazing and new doors at the same time, which was more than I had requested. My radiators have broken down twice and there's been small plumbing and electrical work to do and the agency they use for that are very efficient. I would be happy to recommend Sparks and Sons to friends and family.

  I have just moved out of a property as a tenant of Spark & Sons for the last two years, and am glad to say that both Oliver and Peter have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Oliver in particular, is extremely attentive and makes a real effort to resolve issues promptly and fairly. As my main point of contact throughout, as well as the agent who first showed me the property, he is very transparent in the explaining the fees and providing updates when necessary. He also made the experience of moving out very easy and my full deposit was returned to me within a day or two of checking out of the flat. An enormous thanks to everyone at Spark & Sons for being so patient, professional and helpful over the last couple of years. Highly recommend.

  The staff are rude and uninterested. It's basically impossible to get anything sorted as they never reply to emails or phone calls. I would not recommend using spark and sons because the company itself and level of service that it provides is an absolute joke.

  I rented an apartment from Sparks&Sons for over ten years and,feel more qualified than most to judge their conduct.I read the negative reviews in disbelief and furthermore,wonder at the true circumstances behind them.. I had a plumbing problem ,it was one call to Oliver ,one call to the plumber and job done.Gas boiler inspection? done every year without fail,they reminded me.I know they have a small army of tradesmen at their disposal and use them when needed.I think there are bad tenants to consider when reading reviews and maybe take them with a pinch or two of salt..Ten years plus is long enough for me to have been exposed to any failings by Sparks,there are none.Thank you ,Peter,Oliver Adam for ten years of great service .I recommend Sparks ,they are decent honest and hard working agents.
