  I bought a pair of glasses from another optician in Brighton – an awful experience! – and dropped them whilst shopping, so I came into this Specsavers as it was nearby. It was very crowded in there (it was Saturday) and initially I was concerned about how long it would take. There seemed to be too few staff for the footfall, but all the staff I interacted with were great and were doing their best under the circumstances. The manager, Suzanna, greeted me warmly and assured me that my glasses could be fixed and put me at my ease. She made sure I was kept informed of wait times and after only 20 minutes guided me to a member of her team, a young girl with glasses who did an excellent job adjusting my glasses. Despite seeming to have a lot of tasks to do, Suzanna ensured she was on hand to give guidance to the young lady who was helping me when it was needed, despite how busy it was and how short-staffed they were. It’s very rare to find someone who doesn’t get flustered and let such a situation turn into chaos. I’ll certainly be coming back.

  Highly recommended. Top costumer service, paying attention to details and costumer needs. Raquel Brito was brilliant, friendly, attentive, helped me out with the best options.

  They offered great service. The optometrist was excellent and provided a thorough re-evaluation of my eye sight. Above all, Suzanna, who took charge of sorting out immediate remedy and managed to get me lenses the same day, was highly competent and extremely helpful. As I have to travel for business, she was a life saver. Awesome!

  Extremely friendly staff that will help no matter what! They usually try to be as quick as possible but don't rush. Usually very good with being on time for each appointment and not running into the next customers. Warn you of what they will do before doing anything to you. They help you pick glasses and explain what you should/shouldn't do in order to improve/keep your eyesight and healthiness in the eye section. Very quick serving and rarely any queueing!

  Was very impressed with the service and the price. I spent over £600 at another local opticians two years ago and have now spent only 1/4 of this on what is essentially the same thing. I felt that the process was explained to me fully and was pleased with the outcome. Thanks Specsavers:)
