::terrible service! didn't have correct glasses at the appointment that was made to return to collect them, then the glasses were promised by post - they never came either. I also didn't have the correct cases. All in all not a great experience. The eye tests were fine but clearly the processes around tinting glasses and communication to customers and the follow through for ensuring customers get what they have paid for as not been reviewed for quite some time. Update - they finally sent the sunglasses which how have a weird reflection/line in the top left hand corner which is distracting so I can't use them either! arrrrggghhhh
