::23 days for a pair of glasses, which I was originally told would be ready in "around one week". There was even the scenario when I called to check and was told they were ready for collection. Upon visiting, they we not. I was also told that it would be around 3 days from that point. It was another week. They didn't call me when they were ready either, I had to chase them once again. Sorry, I'm out.

::Left me with -4.75 vision for 4 days because i couldnt have contact lenses without having a check that id previously already had. Waste of time and will be moving opticians

::Up and down. Generally helpful but front-staff need more support/training. 1. Told I was due contact lense refund as had overpaid. Chased and chased this - never came. Emails ignored. Phone calls answered and simply told 'will look into it'. 2. Had contact lense check, all OK, told new lense I can try - better for eyes. Lenses arrived, got text message to say arrived and to call to make appointment - so far so good. Called - went round in circles and spoke to 2 people when it was a simple case of making a contact lense fitting appointment. (confusion by staff over what it 'went under' as an appointment on the system, at one point asked if I was trying to buy spare lenses....)

::What a disappointment. First impressions were great, helpful staff. Chose my frames and made an appointment to collect them one week later. Unfortunately they had been made up wrong, and I was advised I needed a retest! Visit three for the retest when I was informed I did NOT need a retest, someone had misread the prescription and new glasses would be remade. Arranged date and time to pick up glasses - could not make appointment so went next morning, this visit 4! Was asked my Surname and then sat waiting for 10 mins. Asked another assistant to find out what the delay was. Was informed that the person dealing with me was on the phone, so there must be a problem. After a further 10 mins and still no communication or explanation I explained to the assistant who informed that the original assistant was on the phone, that I needed to leave as I had another appointment and asked that they call me to explain what was happening. 19hrs later - still waiting for the call! 😠
