  Great service when getting my new glasses, really happy with the price and the staff are helpful. They weren’t afraid to tell me I’d look a plonker in the ones I’d chosen which is appreciated 😂😂😂😂

  The only place worth getting your glasses from really. Everything is good. Walk-in service available, thorough eye exam, helpful staff, good range of frames, amazing offers every time.

  Just to pick up a pair of sunglasses was like watching paint dry. Took over 40 minutes for this whole Process. All I wanted wa to collect and simply walk out, if I knew I’d spend that long there, I would have booked half a day off work. And after waiting this whole time, the frame I ordered were different to the frame that I was given. Have no words.

  Excellent service, I got a free eye test and my glasses on the same day without having an appointment before.

  One glass got a non-cleanable hard stain and they refused to change it. When I asked for it, they said it would be more expensive that the whole glasses with the frame because it was in an offer (+£150). Having no money, I decided to come 2 years after to re-ask how much it would be replacing that glass keeping the frame. They said between £30 and £50, but that conversation last 15 minutes because they tried to sell me another frame, and they also wanted me to change the other eye's glass even though it wouldn't change. I just wanted my just one glass to be repaired, and they tried to sell me anything, 2 years ago by lying and now by wasting my time.
