  I started learning guitar with Sped at Christmas originally just as a hobby, however, we have now started collaborating on an album together. For the last 10 years he had been part of a successful band and is therefore quite knowledgeable in the process of creating songs, starting from writing, all the way through to mixing. He is also more than competent in playing a range of instruments and as a bonus has some contacts in the music industry. His studio space is comfortable, professionally equipped and lastly, inspirational. On the subject of his lessons, they are... -well structured -fun and challenging -tailored to your abilities -different each week I can't recommend Sped enough!

  Sped has been teaching my 12 year old son Guitar for less than a year, this summer he passed his first Acoustic Guitar Exam Grade with distinction, an amazing 97%. He is now looking forward to getting an Electric Guitar for Christmas and is well on the way to taking his next exam Electric Grade 1. Thanks Sped

  My daughter Blossom has been having lessons from Sped since February 2015 and she has come on leaps and bounds since starting so much so that she is taking her first guitar exam Nov/Dec 2015 not bad going for a 9/10year old with a fantastic teacher behind her. Sped is very patient, friendly and fun, making lessons very enjoyable for any age range. In Blossom words Sped is " A great teacher and is funny ". Sped is good at teaching old songs, will work out chart songs or up to date songs, theme songs, film songs almost anything you give him he will try and work it out for you blossom as learnt so much from sped its amazing Sped keeps thing real as well and always give you a goal to work towards for the following week which is good keeps you wanting more. Sped is always contactable and he does reply to your messages as well. So go on give Sped a go ! you won't be disappointed.

  Sped has taught me guitar a several times now. The best things about his teaching methods are: - He is completely open to teaching whatever song you request - He is great at setting goals for next weeks lesson - He is always contactable via phone or social media if you need to ask him a quick question when you're learning a new song - And he always makes the lessons fun! Which for me, is the most important thing. Thanks for everything Sped!
