  It's a Sports Direct so expect the usual narrow walkways with lots of products. Aside from that, it's in a good location and has a wide selection of products

  Awful experience! Will never use the delivery to store option again, slow delivery and awful telephone service with head office....Carlisle store didn't answer their phone at all for the two days I tried!! Use the Royal mail delivery if you are desperate enough to shop with this store

  Love it for the sports wear etc, and never had a rude assistant, but have not managed in the last 3 days to get through on the phone either here or Dumfries to find out about the luggage range, needed for a holiday thought if had the info would be easier when I could get in after work at the weekend so dissappointed.
