  Staff couldn’t be bothered to even help me find a pair of trainers in my size to try on. Total apathy.

  Rude and unhelpful staff… didn’t seem to care if I got any assistance… One member of team send me downstairs and then the downstairs member the team send me back upstairs. The manager seemed uninterested in assisting and said she was unable to either search for my item in stock on their system or in any nearby store either. I was basically told to go and order online as they weren’t able to help me.

  I was very annoyed with this store. I called them multiple times during the day to check if I could exchange an item and they never picked up. I ended up wasting time and money to go down in person, only to be told that in-store, unlike online purchases, need to be in original packaging, which was disappointing but not wholly unreasonable. What got me riled was that the staff member gave me plenty of excuses about why no one ever picks up the phone. Then why have a phone in store that's available for customers to call?

  15 minutes before closing time, store staff decide they're closing up downstairs and refuse access, limiting to shopping upstairs alone. I get staff also want to go home but why not let customers shop during opening hours?
