  My wife went to the Sutton coldfield branch and asked could she some sallopets , the staff member said what are they and I have never being asked in 7 year's. Do you sell skiing equipment and clothing ? Regards John Lester her husband

  I rarely write reviews for shops, but my experience at this Sports Direct store as opposed to other SD stores, has been surprisingly excellent. I came here to buy a pair of Nike trainers, and the two men in that area were very pleasant and helpful. You can tell they have very good customer service skills. I also want to say a big thank you to the Manager Ben who was very courteous, polite and helpful. Whatever bad reputation other SD stores have, they do not apply to this branch at the Gracechurch Shopping Centre in Sutton Coldfield. You will be respected here, and your queries listened to and answered by knowledgeable and experienced gentlemen and women. Highly recommended.

  Like most of the sports direct branches this one is forever on a sale and final discount. However not all of them are as quiet as this one. The small exterior belies what a big store this is and same great discounts that you would receive at any of the larger branches. If you are on a budget for a pair of trainers come here first if money is no object and you want a bang up to date style then I suggest JD which is a 5 min walk around the corner.
