::Worst Customer service. Staffs busy talking to themselves, cant be bothered to serve. And the manager cant be bothered to listen to how i was treated. I do have a right to let you know how unprofessional your staffs were and he never apologised. I do understand morale at your work place is low but you can at least serve people properly.
Mr Robert Dennis Boulton Livingstone
::I never use sports direct if I can help it. After hearing the way it treats its staff ect. Tho I had nowhere else to go. Service was to a ok standard but then I wouldn't expect anymore on min wage workers. I don't even think they provide a uniform to fit the workers one girl working there had her trackey bottoms that tight. Well I need say no more.

::Clearly under staffed. Have been ringing Wolverhampton city centre store all day and as yet have had nobody answer. Shocking really. Either answer the phone or disconnect it if you're never going to. Wouldn't mind so much but I've never had a good experience with them. Had online orders cancelled for no apparent reason and also had wrong product sent. Was going to give them another chance but a few years on and it seems they're as bad as ever. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Joanne Court
::Staff are treated shockingly and surprisingly it means they aren't going to be as motivated about their jobs. Mike Ashley has gone back on his word to treat staff with dignity and pay them. Some staff are even owed money! If you shop here then you support slave working conditions (zero hour contracts and agency staff being paid less than minimum wage.) The managers here also intimidated their staff today when Unite the Union were handing out leaflets regarding their shoddy business practices.
