  It’s shocking the staff of this store didn’t allow a pregnant lady in dire need of passing urine to use the toilet. The store manager had to be called upon after 10 mins before she was allowed. Thanks to him. Staff ought to be trained to know pregnant women can be allowed to use their toilet under certain circumstances.

  Staff is lazy and rude , horrible place for shopping ! I will never come here again .

  I buy sometimes socks and trainers. I have a soft spot for Adidas and Nike trainer boots however some of the staff is rude. You need to find the right person to talk to specially when buying something a bit pricey. I cannot give more than 4 stars.

  Bought two pairs of shoes today. Was attended by Martin and Darren who very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They were very busy but continued to serve customers with respect and kept their cool. Very pleasant shopping experience.

  The two stars are for the products, which are great and brilliantly priced. I cannot give anymore stars as the staff here are absolutely appalling.
