  The other of the two main sports shops on the high street and famously owned by Mike Ashley infamous owner of Newcastle United. Less designer goods than JDs but more goods so some you win some you lose. Again although I didn't find what I was looking for, staff were extremely helpful so no complaints from me. Beware of escalator as small boy got his shoelace stuck on way out

  Always good advice when you finally track down an available assistant. Wide range of sports shoes. But not a nice store as it feels crammed with stuff.

  Staff don't do there jobs! Was in silverburn store today I asked the girl (short brunette) to assist me in getting some sizes down, she said she'd get someone round to help and I stood and waited and she didn't call anyone on her radio nor did she go over to find anyone she just thought I'd walked away and hoped I'd find someone else but little did she know that I was watching her lazy ass from the other aisle not bothering.

  Was in this store to collect a delivery and young man who served couldn't have been more helpful, efficient or pleasant howerever, his colleagues let the store down badly. Several staff behind the counter all chatting and ignoring a queue of customers waiting to be served. Another young female staff member was hanging clothes on a rail and repeatedly dropped items and said 'for f%#€ sake". Extremely unpleasant. Come on guys, you can do so much to improve the customer experience.
