  Rubbish customer service And that's when they decide to even open. Came out after work to get some trainers to find they shut an hour earlier than it says on their website. Sort yourselves out and get some customer service training for your staff.

  Very bad customer service my last time with them I bought sketcher from them probably fake they are so sleepy I used them for 5 min and I changed them because the are so dangerous the”manager “ sad we can change because we can’t sell them again but to be honestly is not my problem if they sell a bad quality! Decathlon is 10 time better I never come back bye!!

  I've shopped at this store for years and today the staff were the best I have ever met. They were pleasant, helpful and extremely courteous.Well done to you all.
