  Some of the floor staff at the Dundee branch of Sports Direct have serious attitude problems &, genuinely don't like helping people... maybe they should choose a career with the police force. One things for sure I wont be going in there again.

  Bought online. Really poor quality stuff and sizes ridiculously small. I'm 6'6" and bought some supposedly 4XL polo shirts, they were wider than they were long and not even an XL I would say.

  Large store over 2 floors. Great selection of popular items you would expect from a sports store. Some great bargains. You may have a wee wait for an assistant to help get trainers

  Easy store to miss as it's hidden away at end of Overgate centre at top of escalators next to Argos, but well worth a visit, has some of the best sportswear deals in Dundee.

  Usually Sports Direct shops are terrible, but this one in Dundee is probably the worst. Needed assistance on a item that was unreachable on the higher up rails so i asked politely to an assistant. Before i can utter "Please can you help" he SHOUTED "two seconds!" and i was left there like an idiot. So i did his bloody work for him, managed to get the items down myself with one of those extended arm things to reach the item. Had no idea where the fitting room was and there was literally no one on the shop floor to even show me where it was. Far as i'm concerned this is the the final straw in terms of even stepping foot into a Sports Direct again. I put up with the general sub-par customer service before but after this it's gone too far. PLENTY independent sport retailers that will 100% more better retail experience than the bland, horrible monopoly that is Sports Direct. Can we just get rid of them?
