  Been to the pool only. Kinda smallish but you can do your thing there as it is hardly crowded

  Duped into a 6 month contract under the guise of 'rolling contract' with no explanation of contract length or terms to leave. 3 months notice to cancel membership. £10 administration fee for late payment. As for the gym itself, it's run down, much of the equipment is frequently broken and the changing rooms and spa is dirty, and there is no phone service or wifi available in most of the gym.

  There are a lot a problems with the hot water.... Every other day there is only cold water showers.

  Good spin instructors but changing rooms and equipment could do with updating. Has a pool so more pricy than other gyms

  I looked around & priced up ALL the gyms in the Manchester city centre....& this one is the best value for money for the facilities it offers. It was a good selection of equipment, introductory training session, free classes I think, pool, sauna & steam room. I love coming here. However, they make some bad decisions sometimes. They've replaced the temperature-adjustable controls of the taps and showers with single push-buttons. Means there's only one place to get cold water & that's the water fountain on the gym floor. They have 6 month notice clauses in their contracts which its just stupid. I've moved away, tried ending my contract & was so shocked when I was told of the 6 month notice period. What's really bad is that I've been a loyal member of this gym for years. My mate, under my recommendation, joined & is paying a tenner less a month. I get no reduction. I raised this to them & they brushed it off. Once I got a text saying that all members are getting a free month....they still took their memebership money via direct debit.
