  Absolutely awful service, it was my boyfriends birthday so he treated himself to a pair of shoes but as we got to the counter the lady was really rude and had a very had attitude, sports direct really must be careful on who they employ next time. Disgusting behaviour from the lady

  Pair of walking shoes purchased this morning. Just went to put them on & security tag was still attached. Been ringing adverised number on several occasions, almost 20 minutes in total, ringing out but no annswer. Poor customer service, will now have to drive 12 miles return trip to sort it out. Not very impressed to say the least!!!!
