  I ordered a Brook 6 seater patio set. No probs ordering at garden centre BUT Wyevale didn't tell me that they sub contract the delivery. They were 2 hours late and arrived in a rental van with no tail lift so items were lumped onto the ground. The guys were pleasant but English was not their first language so communication difficult. They were obviously new to the job as my items were all over the place in the back of the van, no idea about loading last drop first etc. All the empty cardboard boxes were still "made up," ie not flattened so they unloaded about a dozen huge boxes (empty) onto my driveway so they could move about inside the van! This set comes with lots of extras (parasol etc) and I had to tell them what they were trying to find! Not a good experience. Lack of training so can't blame the actual delivery guys. Bad advert for Wyevale. Sorry.

  Met a friend for lunch in the cafe can definitely say the fish finger sandwiches are very good indeed! Had a quick look in the garden centre seemed to have a good selection of items not just to do with gardening

  Restaurant only. The third time I've left before ordering. First time we waited 20 mins and one customer was served innthat time (6 June.) Second time it was 15 mins (September). Again only one person served. Today had half an hour for a coffee. Waited 5 mins for anyone to get back to the counter. Customer ahead had a complaint. Server left the restaurant to find manager after a longish conversation. Definitely for the elderly only. No fourth time, which is a shame as the offer is good.

  This is for the RESTAURANT ONLY This restaurant/cafe provides good home cooked food at reasonable prices staff are always happy to meet and serve you and you never feel rushed to leave once you have finished your meal. There is always plenty of customers in there which shows it has a good clientele and it’s quality of food speaks for itself I.e if the food was rubbish you would get anyone in there. I would happily eat here over any other chain restaurant Costa shop etc as the home cooked style of food speaks for itself and this is reflected in its pricing . Keep up the good work and thank you for all the good food over the years.

  Well stocked garden centre, nice coffee shop and ample parking. Staff are helpful and friendly.
