  A wonderful afternoon tea, very friendly helpful staff, great atmosphere, beautiful restaurant and delicious freshly made food. They even did a great gluten free selection.

  Would not go there again. Poor food, bad service, it was cold. Was there last Xmas, what a change for the worst.

  I visited for a work event, and found the whole thing very pleasent. The staff were all lovely as usual. They even offered to break the ice for me when I turned up half way through the presentation! The event room is moderatly sized, but has pleanty enough room for the 30 or so people who were at the event.

  Great location to Norwich centre. Friendly staff, Well themed rooms (eg French, Georgian). Restaurant food good but poor veggie choices.

  Went for a Christmas meal in the Walnut Room. Fantastic environment, great food, and very good service. Portion sizes are a little on the small side but given the quality that is to be expected. Highly recommend a visit.
