::Extremely moving to walk into the narthex of this church in the shadow of the Minster and read the list of names of English martyrs. Nearby is the shrine of St. Margaret Clitherow. "In all thy works remember thy last end, and thou shalt never sin." Sirach 7:40

::The exterior is tucked in and obviously dwarfed by the nearby Minster, but the interior is really lovely.

::My local school church. Great architecture. Lovely place to relax and think about those we love and loved!

::I attended a funeral in Saint Wifrid's, which in itself was moving and personal. A contemporary Roman Catholic service. However, I'm giving it five stars for how well organised the church and how personal and friendly the Father was. Thank you.

::Mass is celebrated in the usus antiquior or extraordianary form every Sunday at 5pm. It is a sung Mass and is followed by Benediction. As one might expect in a parish run by Oratorians, the liturgies are conducted in an exemplary way. Please note that the sung Latin Mass is now at 12noon on Sundays, and the choir has been enlarged so that polyphony can be sung.
