::Dryers are a joke. Only put a few thin cotton items in on so-called high temperature. £5 later and still wet. Might as well set fire to money and dry clothes off the heat.

::Girlfriend without name: Just be careful if you are a woman alone. The place is empty, and the room is long, with one entrance. When I was there, some creepy man came in, and stared at me, he didn't wash, or do anything, and later, he followed me to the shop. Thank goodness, my boyfriend was there. The machines worked, the drier is not great. A bit expensive of a wash, for 7£.

::Agree that machines take money and then do not work. Had to try different machines before finding one that worked. Used two overall and both charged £4 for a 25 minute wash. Selected hot wash for whites but water not even warm. Clothes not spun much at all and so would cost a lot of money to use their driers (probably the reason why they don't spin very well)! Definitely not worth the cost and you would be better off using other services where a proper wash is offered.

::I don't get what the others a complaining about in all honesty, whenever I go in any machines out of order have clearly placed labels on them, many times i have seen people ignore the labels and try rushing their wash and get angry it won't work?! It's very silly of them. Normally if you aren't sure ask someone in there and they will help out (or a cleaning lady normally 9am-10am). All you need is your own powder and correct change and follow the instruction at their payment point, it is very easy. I do recommend closing the doors quite hard, but once done, it works a charm. Also about the refund and phone line, i believe it is a one or 2 man operation therefore i doubt someone will be sat by a phone all day. But normally if there is an issue i get a call back on the same day, if not within 2 hours telling me how to get a refund hassle free (normally see the cleaning lady the next morning or go to another branch). i wouldn't be put off by the bad reviews, it seems like they have been very rude to the helpers or have blatantly ignored all the instructions and signs everywhere. I have been going here for over 10 years.
