  Bus station itself is okay but the bus drivers hang around smoking, they are very loud and the language leaves a lot to be desired especially in a public place and wearing a company uniform

  Freezing cold place. Could do with a waiting room or close in some of the openings. It was a baltic day and rain lashing down so a room would have been welcome to dry out. Buses come in and it's a free for all to board. First come is not always first on the bus. A survival of the fittest😘😘😘

  Just your average bus station really. Shop, cafe, information office and toilet (charge applies) onsite. Could definitely be cleaner at times, bins often overflowing and large amounts of litter on the floor which doesn't look good at all.

  Buses are generally on time hence 3 stars but the bus station is a poor welcome to Dundee visitors with limited and sometimes no toilet facilities. The seats are made of metal to help you feel the cold and the automatic door shoots open when anyone comes in range. Altogether a bit of a disgrace, to be honest.
