  We would like to go on record to express our thanks and appreciation for all the professionalism, guidance and good humour of Hugh Niven, at Stags Estate Agents in Plymouth, whilst we negotiated the purchase of our dream home in Cornwall. Whilst it was not without its difficulties, and tricky moments, he steered us calmly (at least on the surface!) through it all to a happy conclusion.

  The Ladies and Gents at Stags Plymouth have been absolutely fabulous during the sale of our smallholding and cottage complex. It is a stressful experience moving home and even worse when selling a business to boot. Not only did Stags ace the major job of getting what I consider to be the best price possible for the property but they also got the little things right like returning calls, organising viewings and photographers and keeping on top of the conveyancing process. I am a picky person and I thought they did a spot on job. Thank you all. M&S.
