  I needed a few things including a single recordable cd to record a song for a funeral. The staff were very helpful but only sold cd's in packs of 10. While being asked what I needed the cd for I explained and the manager then found a loose one and gave it free of charge. This little act of kindness as well as the helpful staff and great choice of products means I would recommend this store and will certainly be using it myself going forwards. Thanks.

  Some of the staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful. Most products are reasonably priced and they keep a good stock. Other members of staff however, range from apathetic to plain old rude. When one was writing a label for something, I asked "excuse me please?" He then rolled his eyes and continued to write his label for at lest 30 seconds until I began to walk away.

  Had to get a fairly large print job done last minute for a function at the Norbreck Castle. Took a while to find using Google Maps as the location was incorrect (I submitted an edit, may be fixed now). Got here, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They took the print job and made sure I was happy with it, before running off the 1000 copies I needed. It took quite a while to print off, but the staff were not too busy (it was fairly late) so happy to chat with me. I was also given plenty of options for if we needed more jobs done, etc. with ideas for reward cards and corporate accounts. All in all, I can't fault the staff or the facilities. Great example of customer service.
