  UNFIT for purpose. STAFF should ALL be sacked. THIS place is so disorganised,no organisation or structure in place from it's useless arrogant patronising and lazy STAFF

  Its open at 6 am damn im so lucky could get myself a hot latte and warmth in this winter weather whilst waiting for my bus

  Staff didn’t seem bothered to great me, or serve me, until i loadly said “hello! “ Server looked more interested in a conversation she was having with barista when providing decent customer service. Barista didn’t even tell me once coffee was ready, just left it there sitting next to the coffee machine and sprinted off to continue conversation with his colleague. It was on Wednesday around 5pm. To add, milk was overheated and coffee tasted sour. I understand that Starbucks is not paying their staff well enough and staff is acting adequately, but its not my business. If i pay £3 for coffee I expect to taste like £3 coffee. Not going there again.
