  Great service, never much of a wait. Not much seating upstairs but plenty downstairs.

  Staff member that served me wasnt at all helpfull. I had a question,about this christmas blend and what was it, she looked at my like I had grown an extra head, her attitude was shocking. Not everyone is a coffee expert....

  This is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The last time I went there, I had a bee in my take out latte. When I sipped my drink and I returned it. The Assistant Manager Kevin, replaced my drink and said, it's not there fault, it's a hot day bees will fly into drinks. He wasn't even sorry. Just because he replaced my drink did not change the fact it was in my mouth. This branch is in the shopping centre with air conditioning and I don't see bees flying about. Therefore a huge bee was in my takeout latte. I was still walking in the shopping centre when i nearly swallowed it. The hygiene in this branch is terrible and the staff. I have. It been back in this branch since the incident.
