  Pretty ok for the student comminuty having this here. But too dirty, too often. There's quite a lot of air conditioning, sometimes too much, and other times it's actually hard to hear people's voices. At least prices are not too bad, as far as Starbucks go. The hot chocolates taste pretty bad. Very bitter, probably because of the cocoa they use. And no, sugar doesn't help at all unfortunately.

  I think the best thing is to have a starbucks in a small city full of students. It is quite big but not always clean and warm. I think there is too much air condidioning so people freeze in here. The music is sometimes so laud that you cannot even talk. The products still good for a starbucks chain. I like it but i think there should be some changes.

  I have been handing over my Starbucks loyalty card for the last few months. Last week the girl advised that my card has never been registered so I have not been earning any points on all my purchases. No one has ever advised me of this. Very poor Starbucks.

  Large Starbucks inside Overgate Centre. Lack of much natural light, but otherwise pretty clean and efficient operation.
