  Great freddo cappuccino similar to the Greek style one.

  Horrible customer service last night 3rd December 2017 Very rude tall short hair blond girl! We paid for gingerbread latte with whipped cream, got Normal coffee no whipped cream. We took it back immediately we were told they run out. I did say you should really telling people upfront. She said but I’m telling you now! Very arrogant very rude. So I said we paid for a more expensive drink, we would have walked away and some people don’t complain. You let us walking away with a drink we did not pay for. She said “do you want a different coffee” It should have sounded like “I’m so sorry could I get you a different drink?” But no. When we said ok Toffee but but please not too sweet - she rolled her eyes made a face and “so how many pumps do you want...” as she was talking to some of her mates... even people standing around us looked at us and her use of language and attitude.. in a shock

  Every single ones face was tripping them awful attitude towards customer service, taking incorrect name and got one of the drinks wrong. Not even during a busy period

  Staff very polite and quick to get your order through. A very large open area with plenty of seats.

  Nearly a perfect service. Ordered a couple of drinks but one of the orders was incorrect. The server was quick to get a new drink to me which was fantastic. Our hot chocolates were a little watery but still tasted nice, which is why I've knocked off 1 star from this score.
