  Good little Starbucks store situated outside the Hayes. It’s a bit of a weird shape being long and thin. This doesn’t make it as cosy as the other branches as seating can a bit uncomfortable with hard seating. Staff are usually good and haven’t had a problem with speed of service. Compared to other stores, this one isn’t as busy.

  Very slow service compared to other cardiff Starbucks we have visited. Barristas were more interested in talking with each other than serving customers. Latte tasted a little burnt and was overall not as well made as those from other Starbucks in the area.

  Really good service here. Staff are friendly and coffee is food

  A really really awful Starbucks, very scuffy and untidy, with exceptionally dirty tables. After removing 9 cups from a 4 seater table and cleaning the table with a napkin it looked like I had just cleaned the floor. We were in Starbucks for 20mins and nobody made any attempt to tidy the place up... This is without doubt the worst Starbucks I've had the misfortune to visit. Bad, bad, bad, whoever happened to be managing this outlet at 2:00pm on 21st Nov 2017 really need to be replaced...

  A white mocha from Starbucks is incredible and the best little pick me up for a cold day.
