  Downgraded from 5 to 2 stars. Reason, twice now I have tried to introduce a couple of friends to the bar and have not got past the bouncers at the door. I have been numerous times over the last. 3 years and had great food and a good night there. However there is a distinct feeling that if you are the wrong side of 40 you are no longer welcome. I guarantee that will bring a short term gain but if that kind of "streaming" continues there's nothing at the end of it when the Hipsters move to the next hip place of the have not already done so. Reign the door in a little or retrain them might help. Will not be making a effort to recommend as I have done before until I see some evidence of change. Poor show.....

  Amazing vegan food and alcohol with cool events and friendly staff. Love Push It, should happen more often, great music and lovely people. Highly recommend their desserts as well as soup and half a sandwich deals, never disappoints.

  :: 100% vegan menu :: Amazing staff, went with my vegan sister as she loves this place. Had the Stereo burger which was very interesting and incredibly nice! Keep it up, love the feel.

  Loved the food. Jackfish is amazing. Staff in general were friendly and helpful. Only reason I give 4 stars was the time it took to pay. Eventually gave up trying to get the guy's attention and paid at the bar. However I would go back again. Definitely recommend 😀

  Great place - even locating it down the slightly dodgy-looking backstreet is fun! Excellent food, drinks, service and atmosphere - just like Mono nearby. The two sister establishments have noticeably different menus, tho, and both are worth checking out in their own right. Here at Stereo I sampled (with some initial trepidation, it has to be said) the "haggis pizza". I need not have worried - it was delicious, as was everything else. Establishments such as these are reinventing veganism, and are deservedly successful. Highly recommended!
